I apologize for doing this... Someone has asked me to find a BBS system that runs under Berkeley Unix. It should be fairly easy to use, and support downloading. Free, shareware, and commercial ventures are all possible. In my opinion, this would be a rather prestigious installation: it's for a security-oriented system to be used within the government.
