[comp.sources.wanted] Parser for symbolic Mathematical Expressions

     I'm looking for a parser, either public domain, or one that can be obtained
for < $100.  I would really prefer one written in C.

     The parser is to be used on mathematical expresions involving variables
and symbolic functions like sin(x), cos(x), e^x, x^2,... in a Calculus 
tutorial/ drill&practice program.  

    If you have any information on such a parser, or know specifically where I 
could get my hands on one, please send your
