Does anyone know of a redcipe book or booklet that I could buy that has nutritional information about liquid diets? I will be having maxillofacial surgery and will have my jaw wired shut for eight weeks. Due to this fact, I will only be able to have liquids and can have nothing with little pieces of anything in it so I won't have to worry about choking. I will be going in for surgery in about 3 weeks and would like any information about liquid diets beforehand. Also, has anyone in net.land had this type of surgery?
