Could someone send me a copy of PBM (Portable Bitmap Package) part 5 that was posted about a year ago. I guess you haven't noticed, but PBM has been supplanted by PBMPLUS which is far more comprehensive. It's available via anonymous ftp from expo.lcs.mit.edu in /pub/contrib somewhere...
