[comp.sources.wanted] Fortran to C translator

cenkl@straits.rutgers.edu (Michal W. Cenkl) (03/09/88)

I am looking for a Fortran-77 (preferably, DEC fortran) to C
translator which will run under Unix.

Any pointers to anything remotely similar to the above would be
appreciated.

Thanks,

I also have several uses for a Fortran to C translator. Please send
any information my way too.

Thanks,
Chris

Moi aussi... I could also be convinced that a Ratfor to C translator was useful,
if I could get 'struct'...

Thanks,

I want to convert some Fortran math programs into C. Any
sources or programs in the netlands?

lutmann@geocub.greco-prog.fr has requested a Fortran to C translator.

Please let me know where (if any) I can get a copy.

Thanks.

Joseph

I know 'fctran' which converts Fortran77 source programs to C programs. But it is not free. It is produced by 'Suuri System' in Japan. I don't know whether it will be bought in another countries or not.
You can convert JIS/ANSI Fortran to UNIX C. Though the converted C source programs are not well-polished, the software is very helpful. It costs about 1000000 Yen(almost US$7000) in Japan.
