I'm looking for the source code for a public-domain DVI (output from the TeX typesetting language processor) to PostScript translator. If someone knows where such a thing can be obtained, could that person please send me e-mail, or post a reply on comp.sources.wanted. Thanks, David R. Kohr M.I.T. Rokicki). It's PD and acn be FTP'd (if I remember) from labrea.stanford.edu dvips42.tar.Z (somewhere) It doesn't has font substitution, and the font searching path is standard, but IT CAN GENERATE FONTS MISSED, if you have MetaFont installed, and the MF sources for the fonts (yeah, it will take care about magsteps, and so on). It works without hacking.
