I am looking for recipes and/or cookbooks that use a minimum of refined
sugar. I love sweets, but I am looking for alternative ways of keeping my
sweet tooth happy that don't use white death powder. Any comments welcome.
(As an aside, I have found a product in my supermarket that is wonderful:
It is a frozen flavored fruit juice that has no sugar and 38 calories a
serving. It is by a firm called Guido and it is delicious. It is the first
thing I have found (as an affirmed ice cream nut) that I am willing to eat
instead of ice cream or most other sweets.

I've seen some books at the bookstore, such as Sugar Free Sweets and Treats which use fruitjuiCE AS a sweetner. Many of the Diabetic cookbooks use less sugar.
