called "party". Can somebody point me in the direction of where
I can get a copy of this vi uucp.

We ended up using something called conf2, which is readily available via anonymous ftp from uunet.uu.net. Possibly this is available via anonymous uucp, but I don't know how to use anonymous uucp, so I don't know.
