Does anyone have any information on the algorithm used to construct the "COLLEGE BASKETBALL COMPUTER RATINGS" in USA TODAY. It is presumably based on a method devised by Jeff Sagarin "a 1970 MIT mathematics graduate and co-author of a computer basketball game called HOOPS'.
