Here are a couple of cream cheese frostings for the Carrot Cake that I posted eariler. The only major difference I can see between them is dependent on how big your sweet tooth is. recipe 1) Cream Cheese Frosting 8 oz cream cheese (soft) 1 stick butter or margarine (soft) 2 C powdered sugar 1 t vanilla Mix all of the above together and beat until smooth. Spread over cake. recipe 2) Cream Cheese Frosting 8 oz cream cheese (soft) 1 stick butter or margarine (soft) 1 lb powdered sugar (this is more than 2 C) 2 t vanilla Mix all of the above together and beat until smooth. Spread over cake.
