Here is a recipe for a pinapple cake that I am sure that everyone will enjoy. It's very simple to make. Pinapple Cake 1 3/4 C flour 1 3/4 C white sugar 2 eggs 1 t baking soda 1 large can crushed pinapple (including juice) Beat eggs. Add flour, sugar and soda and mix. Add pinapple and juice and mix well. Grease and flour an oblong pan (9x13) and pour mixture in pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 - 40 min. Cream Cheese Frosting 3 oz cream cheese (soft) 3/4 C powdered sugar 4 T butter or margarine (soft) 1 C chopped pecans Mix the cream cheese, sugar and butter together and beat until smooth. Add pecans and mix well. Spread frosting over warm cake.
