[comp.sources.wanted] Rerouting spooled UUCP mail?

I need a tool to take UUCP jobs queued up for one site (which is dead)
and move them to another site's UUCP queue.

This is in particular for mail that gets queued to a site
that is down, and moving those mail jobs to go another site that
isn't down.  (Yes, this assumes the other site will know
what to do with it.)

I think I've seen something like this posted to the net
some time ago.  Is there something that I can fetch off
of uunet!~ftp that does this?
