I have a copy of the book `More Test Examples for Nonlinear Programming Codes' by Klaus Schittkowski. In the preface, the author states that the 188 test problems are available from him on magnetic tape. If anyone out there has a copy of these programs I'd appreciate hearing from you. (Yes, I could contact the author directly, but I thought I'd give this a shot first, as it has a good chance of being faster than paper-mail to Germany!)
