[net.cooks] High Protein Breakfasts without dairy products

One of my favorite very high protein breakfasts that does not include
dairy products is as follows:

SOY-OAT WAFFLES

1c.	soaked soybeans
1.5c.	dry rolled oats
2c.	water
1tbsp.	oil
dash	salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food-processor and mix until
smooth. Cook batter in greased waffle iron for 10 Minutes.
These are great with fresh fruit or with regular waffle toppings.

	Note that the soybeans have been soaked overnight. 
	I usually soak about 10 cups at a time and then 
	freeze them in 1 cup packages for future use.
