[comp.sources.wanted] Reliable singular value decomposition in C

I am looking for a public domain singular value decomposition package to
solve square singular systems. I would be most gratefull to anyone who
could point me in the right direction, or even send me one. I am looking
for a routine originally writen in C, not a fortran convert, if possible.
