Can anyone suggest an alternative to the two-eggs-and-whole-wheat- toast breakfast for those who need a high protein breakfast BUT can't have dairy products? I can occasionally fool myself into thinking I'm eating something different by beating an egg with cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract, and dipping the whole wheat bread in that for modified French Toast. There must be a large number of hypoglycemics out there. What do YOU eat for breakfast? Thanks in advance. pc@hplabs

Try steak, chicken, fish, hamburger, or whatever is left over from dinner the night before. Non-traditional breakfasts only taste strange the first few days.
