	A short shot is 3/4 oz., a "double" is 1-1/2 oz.  HOWEVER,
	most bars pour a 2-oz. shot when you order "scotch on the rocks"
	or any similar straight-liquor drink.  (If you order a "double
	scotch" you may get two shot glasses FULL--a total of 4 oz.)

	My references for shot sizes come from a paperback guide to
	bartending.
