Get a copy of FEED ME, I'M YOURS. This is a book of information and recipes for young ones. Reading through it should give you a general idea of what foods are appropriate for little ones (NOT nuts--they can choke on them). Many vegetables can be steamed just as you would do for yourself. Cut up broiled chicken into little pieces and mix with cooked noodles. For those who can tolerate dairy products, yoghurt is highly recommended. Most kids love it. Enjoy! Patricia Collins hplabs
