Hi. I have to read a tape written by the California State Bar onto our Unisys 5000/95 computer. (System V R 3) Unfortunately, the California State Bar is still in I.B.M. land, and sent us an IBM SYSTEM/38 tape, complete with packed data fields. They tell us they don't have any way to send us a tape that isn't packed. If anyone has a program out there to read packed data, it would be MUCH appreciated. You will be doing your part to reduce the national debt by allowing us to read it in house, rather than paying an outside service. Please e-mail me any sources you have that seem related.
