It seems that once upon a time there was a program published by the Bureau of Mines called FRACTAN for "Analysis of Clusters Defined on the Unit Hemisphere." I honestly don't know what that means, I am a computer science major working for the MTU mining Dept. this summer. Does anyone have source for this? Any machine? Working or not?
