I am new to the network, and I would like to apologize in advance for any errors. I am looking for a public domain version of the ld link editor for use with the IDT R3000 RISC processor. It will be used in a pseudo- UNIX environment and I wish it to understand COFF format object files downloaded from a MIPS system. I would appreciate information about a version of ld for this processor or any other modern microprocessor which I can acquire via e-mail or anonymous ftp.
