Just what does a "recipe pogram" do?

An ideal recipe program should take as input a list of ingredients
and amounts and maybe a nationality and produce a  recipe.  Maybe
this should instead be posted to net.ai.

I would guess that all I really need is a simple data base manager
that would do cross references on a number of fields.  I don't 
particularly care for the idea of having a lot of different directorys
and doing massive greps.

Actually I really hate to cook and all the releted cleanup.  But
I rather eat well then starve.
