[net.cooks] Wonderful, chocolatey, hot fudge pie

	This is what every delicious dessart should be-EASY!
I had it at my mother's this weekend. It is wonderful. If you
like chocolate, you will love this pie. If you love chocolate
you'll be in heaven.

		HOT FUDGE PIE
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 squares (1 oz. each) semisweet chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9" pie plate.
2. Melt butter and chocolate in the top of a double
boiler over simmering water.
3. Stir in sugar off heat. Cool slightly. Stir in eggs, flour, 
vanilla, and salt. Pour into pie plate.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. If edges begin to brown
too quickly lower oven to 350 after 15 minutes. Cool slightly
on wire rack.
5. Serve with freshly whipped cream. YUMMM!
