[comp.sources.wanted] Emacs source

tofu@quark1.colorado.edu (Vankirk) (03/09/87)

I am interested in getting the source for a good system V emacs mabey
Micro Emacs or GNU? I am not very familiar with the various flavors of
Emacs so I am not certain what I need. I just know that I want something
besides VI. Sorry to post this request again, but I have tried mailing to
others with the same request and haven't been able to get through.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I found the micro-gnu-emacs posted to mod.sources about two months ago to be
an agreeable lean emacs (without the lisp related features). Try looking
around volume 8 issue 8 or so.

Where can I get a copy of the source for Emacs.
For that matter where can I get sources for all GNU software?
