see /msdos/util/unix/perl3.zip.  the perl kits at patch level 18 include
the msdos sources, but it might take a while to compile...

Try anonymous ftp to WSMR-SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL and look in directory
PD1:<MSDOS.PERL>.  The sources for Microsoft C are there as well as
the executables and a test suite.
