[comp.sources.wanted] Looking for diff/diff3 source.

I'm looking for diff and diff3 source code for use with RCS. I tried sending
mail to Walter Ticky (author of RCS) but never got a response.

There a are a couple of reasons I need this:
1) I can't get GNU's diff3 to work with RCS.
2) We want to put RCS on a machine that doesn't have a diff3.
   An old 3b2-300 that has System V 2.1 (very old, no diff3).
