[comp.sources.wanted] Well behaved async emulator

robert@.UUCP (Robert L. Oliver) (08/10/90)

I have a need for a "well behaved" async emulator for PC-DOS. It should
emulate an IBM3101 (and preferably a DEC VT100), and should NOT directly
access the PC's video adapter; it should do all I/O and cursor positioning
via the BIOS.

Actually, I *DON'T* need the source. If anyone knows of a commecially available
package that does this, I may have the need to purchase quite a number of
copies.

To avoid spurrious responses, ProComm, even with the "BIOS" parameter set,
is NOT completely well behaved; it directly modifies the PC's cursor position
rather than accomplishing this via the BIOS.

Email responses preferred! Thanks in advance!
