[comp.sources.wanted] Looking for FTP location of MicroEmacs

I'm trying to learn gnu.emacs on the PC (where my organization will
not accrue computer charges for my "study time") and gather there is a 
package called MicroEmacs that lives out there somewhere for anonymous
ftp-ing.  First, is this package the same as Freemacs?  Second, if
not, where can I go to ftp the source for MicroEmacs?  I have begun to
read these groups fairly regularly, so posting here will be a good way
to reply.
