This was taken from the net some time back, and we have made it several times. It takes some effort but is excellent. .ul .bp .ce Guacamole dip .fi As promised, here is my favorite guacamole dip recipe, to be served with tortilla chips. (As a bonus, avocados are at almost record low prices all over the country.) .nf Ingredients: 1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese 1 - medium size avocado (save some chunks for last step) 1 - small onion - chopped garlic salt to taste juice of 1/4+ lemon 2 (+) tbsp. green taco sauce 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 (+) tbsp. cumin dash Tabasco sauce fresh ground pepper (I like to combine black & white) 2 (small) chopped, seeded, and dejuiced tomatoes Method: Mix everything except tomato and reserved avocado in Cuisinart (or mixer or blender) 'til blended but not smooth. Stir in tomatoes and reserved avocado.
