[comp.sources.wanted] GNU tar

fischer@netmbx.UUCP (Axel Fischer) (02/01/89)

Could anyone PLEASE post GNU-tar to alt.sources or comp.sources.unix ?

I've hear so much about it - I'd like to have it too.

And is someone out there who can send me a streamer tape with alle the PD
software on it? Of course - you get the tape back.

I agree. Those of us on the far side of the pond have difficulty with
FTP and other methods.

I need the source for a TAR utility. I've heard something about there
being a GNU tar utility. If some kind soul could give me a pointer to it,
I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance,
