			SPINACH SUPREME

Ingredients:

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 lb. butter (or margarine)
1/4 teasp. sage
Salt & Pepper (to taste)


Instructions:

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain
thoroughly.  Mix spinach with cream cheese, 4 tablesp. butter
and salt and pepper.  Mix well.  Pour into 1 1/2 quart
casserole.  Melt remaining butter, toss with crumbs and sage,
and sprinkle over casserole.  Bake at 350 DF for 20-30 minutes
or until bubbly and lightly browned.
