I have exhausted almost every avenue except this one here. I need a program called sccstorcs. It converts an SCCS database (an s. file) to an RCS (,v file). It was written by Ken Greer (now of Elan) years ago. It is supposedly part (or was part) of the contributed Berkely distribution. Ken can't find it anymore and I can't find it anywhere.
