As I'm sure this has probably been covered in the past I hope those who have seen this request from others will pardon me. I'm looking for a program to convert TeX dvi files into output suitable for the HP LaserJet series II printer. The closest I've found so far is a program named texdvi2lj (for the LasterJet Plus) which was in Vol 6 of comp.sources.unix. I'm hoping to find something a bit newer, preferably code which also will support the TeX \special command. Any and all pointers on finding this code (with source) would be greatly appreciated.
