Hi, I'm after some references to fairness algorithms, which could be used in schedulers and batching systems etc.. Names of books, papers, etc. are welcome and (sample) source code (weird languages are OK, but I was born into C) would be nice. Alternatively, if you know of anything lying around on anon ftp, that would be fine. Feel free to reply by email.
