This recipe reminded me of a really good salmon dip. ==Salmon Dip== 1 8 oz package of Philly Cream Cheese 1 14 oz can of salmon, drained 1/2 lemon, just the juice - use the real thing 1/2 onion 1/2 tsp dill weed If you have a food processor, just throw everything in and hit the button. If not, try to mince the onion very fine. This stuff is also great for sandwiches on whole wheat bread. I am not too sure about the amount of dill. Or the weight of one of those larger cans of salmon.
