This recipe reminded me of a really good salmon dip.
==Salmon Dip==
1 8 oz package of Philly Cream Cheese
1 14 oz can of salmon, drained
1/2 lemon, just the juice - use the real thing
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp dill weed
If you have a food processor, just throw everything in
and hit the button. If not, try to mince the onion
very fine.
This stuff is also great for sandwiches on whole wheat bread.
I am not too sure about the amount of dill. Or the weight
of one of those larger cans of salmon. If in doubt about
which brand of salmon to buy, get the most expensive.
