If anyone has a dvi->laserjet(II) program, I'd appreciate hearing about it. Preferably, something that runs in the MSDOS domain, but UNIX C source is also welcome. The title says it all. I do have one now, it comes from a 1989 version of the dvi conversion utilities, but with latex this gives the problem that too many fonts are downloaded I think, and the printer gives out of memory errors all the time.
