[comp.sources.wanted] exabyte.toc wanted

I'm looking for way to write a table of contents at the beginning of
an exabyte tape AFTER I've written the tape.  I've heard a reference to
"exabyte.toc", and am guessing that it might do the trick.  Can anyone
give me a pointer to it?
