Can anyone tell me the format of a 'ZIP' file under DOS?
Are there any UNIX utilities to deal with these files?

You might try cd'ing on Simtel to PD2:<UNIX-C> and ls'ing to find an info file to point to exactly where the unzip file is stored. The info output of the command with no args is: UnZip: Zipfile Extract v3.0 (C) of 05-03-90; (C) 1989 Samuel H. Smith Courtesy of: S.H.Smith and The Tool Shop BBS, (602) 279-2673.
