[net.cooks] Cocoa, chocolate, and carob

I started reading this discussion in the middle, so this may have already
been said, but as I understand it, the main reason for subsituting carob
for chocolate is not that it is less caloric, but that it is far less
allegenic.  My two year old son has a tendency toward food allergies,
so when the rest of the family is drinking hot chocolate, he gets
carob flavored soy formula.
