Does anyone out there have a recipe for the traditional English Yorkshire Pudding? I have found several recipes among my cookbooks, but they all say to put the beef broth or juice in bottom of the pan first, then put in the pudding and cook it. To me that implies that the roast beef has already been cooked (how then are you to have Yorkshire pudding to go with it, if the pudding takes an hour to cook?). I want to cook the beef and have the drippings fall on the pudding, however I am lacking information on how hot the oven should be, if the pudding and beef go in at the same time, etc., etc. Any advice would be appreciated.
