Does anyone have the source for a program that extracts and prints British
STD codes from a codes database? Just an ASCII database would do, but some
C source as well (to do Pattern matching on names and numbers etc) would be
even better.
The program would print the code in response to a place name or vice versa
For example:
code 061
would print Manchester
while
code Edinburgh
would print 031
I realize that some of you out there will have absolutely no interest in
British STD codes (eg those living in Australia) but you may still have some
source code.
Please mail it all to me, and I will post anything good to comp.sources.misc.
