I don't know where sccstorcs can be found, but one group within Data General found a bug in it: if you use the sccs command rmdel to delete a delta, it appears that the delta is not actually removed from the s. file, but just marked so it is never used. Are tools available to convert SCCS s.files to RCS format
including extracting change comments into the Log etc?

A while ago I posted a C-shell script file that does just this to comp.sources.misc. I'll send it to anyone who wants it, just e-mail me.
