I don't know where sccstorcs can be found, but one group within Data General found a bug in it: if you use the sccs command rmdel to delete a delta, it appears that the delta is not actually removed from the s. file, but just marked so it is never used. A while ago I posted a C-shell script file that does just this to comp.sources.misc. I'll send it to anyone who wants it, just e-mail me.
