[comp.sources.wanted] DEZIP, DEARC Source

ccc_simon@waikato.ac.nz (Simon Travaglia) (11/27/90)

Gidday,
	Does anyone know if there's c source for decompressing .ZIP and
	.ARC files on a unix box. I ftp all this stuff over, then have
	to ftp it to a PC to decompress it, when it would be much nicer
	to decompress it under unix, then read the documentation to see
	if it's what I want. {I do understand that the images won't run,
	I just want to read documentation}

	Any help would be great
						- Simon

You'll find ARCSRC and UNZIP in directory pd3:<misc.unix> on
WSMR-SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL [26.2.0.74] which is accessable via anonymous
FTP.

There is a mailing list of UNZIP/ZIP developers, Info-ZIP, to which
you may wish to subscribe. Send a message to:

    Info-ZIP-Request@WSMR-SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL

to get on the list.
