I am looking for some good recipes for oatmeal cookies - the chewy, soft kind. To you vegetarians out there, don't be afraid to pass along your recipes for "super-charged" oatmeal cookies, we have all the ingredients. I apologize if there have been other recent requests and responses posted on the net, I wasn't "tuned-in".
