I am looking for a public domain version of getopt for shell scripts. We have one on some of our systems but not all (ie ULTRIX doesn't support this.) Does anyone have one that would not cause legal problems in our distributing it? Thanks in advance. -- Thanks. Debbie F.

Where can i find a reasonable implementation of getopt and, hopefully, getopt_long. I don't want GNU's getopt only because I have an Apple computer. albert
