In reply to Steve Upstill's query about computerized cookbooks: there is one available from the Software Toolworks, Sherman Oaks, CA, phone 213-986-4885. It is slow, but easy to use. The recipe file can get quite large. It is available for various CP/M formats for $30 and comes with a ~70 recipe database. Software Toolworks has a number of interesting and cheap pieces of software - a commendable supplier. Glenn at Ampex
