We(duke) are putting together a suite of text processing filters. I am aware that many of the more successful word processing packages include the ability to import text from another package. This suite would include as many packages as possible and we plan to write software for some of the more popular packages on campus. I would like to pick up sources for those filters that are public domain and would also like to gather as much information on what is available from the commercial sector as well as what is available from vendors who offer this service.
