I have been trying to find a copy of BibTeX someplace. I have found a number of ftp sites with BibTeX directories but instead of sources, I have ended up with a number of utilities. I always thought that BibTeX came with LaTeX but I guess not. Any help would be much appreciated. Please send me E-Mail directly. I will post once I find out where the sources are.
