I'm posting this, since mail to some systems has been unreliable lately. I've had several requests for the full recipe for croissants that I mentioned a while ago (from "From Julia Child's Kitchen"). As it takes up several pages in the book, I'm reluctant to do it. I did want to mention, however, that I've found copies of the book in every local library I've checked on. I always like to check cookbooks out of the library first, since I can verify their reliability that way before shelling out the (often substantial) money to buy them. Greg Paley
