What we are looking for is software to track any reported problems and/or enhancements to a software product and to be able to get listings of outstanding problems and also to be able to do searchs on a certain problem and find either 1. a previous solution and how to resolve 2. an outstanding problem (to be fixed in 3.1) 3. nothing on file (a new problem). I know that people out there have had to work on such things. Ideally we are looking for something done in Foxbase or Integra, but... Anybody out there done anything like this?
